Updating Your Web Site Contact Information

On the General tab of the Web Site Editor, the Site Administrator field is used for Abila Support so that netFORUM support staff know who to contact for Web site matters.

To update your Web site contact information:

  1. Go to the Web Site module.

  2. On the group items bar, click Web Site Editor.

  3. In the Web Site Editor, click the General tab.

Note: The Site Code is a unique identifier for your Web site and is part of your URL. It is automatically populated for you during implementation and should not be changed.

  1. In the Site Administrator field, enter the name of the person responsible for the overall management of your site. Use the Look-Up button to search for a user record if needed. Use the Edit button to edit the individual record including accessing and editing the correct e-mail address for the Site Administrator. Note that this will not be visible on your Web site. It is for internal support only.

  2. Click Save.
